Handyman has been designed to be efficient and easy to use by service personnel. Technicians will find that the PDA-based screens are intuitive, with in-built logical screen flows to aid faster input of information.

The user interface has been specifically designed for the application and is not constrained by limitations of the underlying operating system.

Customised Checklists

Check lists and questionnaires can be incorporated to help the technician or service personnel perform key tasks whilst they are on a call.

Check lists help to ensure that service engineers take all the measurements and collect all of the information required, or are simply reminders to them to perform certain key activities prior to the job being completed.

Job Completion / Signature capture

As part of the job completion, the customer can be asked to review the details on the order, approve the work carried out and the parts used.

This can be fed back to the office system and included as part of the invoice process, reducing invoice queries and delays regarding payments.
